Cara’s passion for education and her vision to remove financial barriers for students is contagious. It didn’t take long for me to fall in love with her mission, and I knew immediately that Feenix was a perfect fit for us at CN&CO.

What is Feenix?

Feenix is a Public Benefit Organisation that has revolutionised how communities and students connect. Their online fundraising platform provides students with a way to formalise their fundraising efforts while giving individuals and businesses a seamless channel to support students’ education. It’s more than a platform—it’s a movement driven by the belief that access to education should not be dependent on wealth.

Since its inception, Feenix has raised an astounding R198.49 million, helping countless students achieve their dreams of furthering their education. Feenix has made it easy and beneficial for indeviduals and businesses to support education fundraising; they create opportunities for companies to unlock benefits such as tax relief, B-BBEE excellence, and even talent pipeline development.
