VACANCY – Legal Advisor
CN&CO Recruit is on the hunt for an experienced legal advisor in the insurance space. Our client is a leading provider of special risks short-term insurance solutions, committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative products to its clients and the market.
The position
We are seeking a skilled and motivated legal advisor to join this dynamic team to strategically support the legal function across the business, being accountable for the main legal advisory function:
- Support insurance regulatory legal and compliance standards
- Support on policy wordings, endorsements, reinsurance agreements and disclosure notices
- Manage external liaisons with legal firms
- Guide business on emerging legal risks
- Analyse and ensure legal processes are optimal
About you
You should have 5-10 years of experience in the short-term insurance sector, solid business acumen, a broad understanding of the financial services industry and competitor and market insights.
A B.Com Law/ LLB is required and if you are admitted as an attorney, this would be advantageous.
You will have high negotiating and influencing skills and a good sense of judgement and exercising thereof.
