Investing for Everyone — Why EasyEquities Means So Much to Me

At EasyEquities, where I serve proudly as Chief Enablement Officer, we’re a decade into our simple but powerful mission: to make wealth creation accessible to everyone. Rich, poor, young, old, male, female. Whatever race you are or sexual preference you have. Everyone!

As Chief Enablement Officer, I lead the Brand and People (Marketing and HR) teams and support the strategic execution across various teams. My success is partly measured by how widely our leadership forums are adopted, how well our teams’ OKRs align to our value drivers – and ultimately, for me, by how well I help others achieve their best. The less I feature and the more our amazing team members shine, the better. I strive to ensure that every initiative delivers cross-functional value. I sometimes break eggs to make the omelette. And while I try not to, I can be too hard on people – driven largely by a belief that direct feedback helps us all improve (goodness knows, it helps me, daily!) Most people want to do better. Where there are challenges, they’re often the result of misaligned priorities or lack of clarity. Those are fixable.

Why I Care (And Why You Should Too)

I love business. I’m a capitalist – not the caricatured kind I like to believe – but someone who believes that wealth, responsibly generated and shared, can be a force for good. Everyone deserves the chance to provide for themselves and their families. Millions of people inspire me daily to champion EasyEquities – every client story is one I treasure.
