IIG AGM to take place on 12 February 2026

CN&CO client, The Insurance Institute of Gauteng, will be holding its annual general meeting on 12 February 2026, from 9am to 11am, at Digicall Group in Craighall Park, Johannesburg.

Members are encouraged to participate in the election of council members for 2026. There are three vacancies, so you can vote for one, two or three nominees. Here are their profiles.

Then, if you can’t make it to the meeting, please select a proxy to vote on your behalf. The proxy form which should be completed, signed, and emailed to the IIG office (info@iig.co.za) before 12h00 on Tuesday, 10 February 2026. If the proxy form is received within the timeframes, and the attendee holding the proxy is present and votes at AGM, their vote will count as two votes – each IIG member in attendance is able to hold one proxy.

Nominees who are not elected as members of the Council at the 2026 AGM may be considered for co-option onto the Council, at Council’s election.
