The Ndlovu Youth Choir—shaping you

Earlier in October we shared the good news that we would be assisting the Ndlovu Youth Choir with its digital marketing, a project that we are extremely excited about and we can’t wait to share the choir’s stories with you.

The choir has been hard at work during October, having featured at a number of events and produced a music video that over the last week has gone viral, with over a million views across platforms.

The video that we’re referring to is the choir’s latest collaboration with the world renowned and Grammy Award winning flautist, Wouter Kellerman. The song is a Zulu version of Ed Sheeran’s hit Shape of You. There have been many comments on social media suggesting that the choir should perform with Ed on stage next year when he comes to South Africa.

By the way, this collaboration is on the Grammy entry list in the “best arrangement, instrumental or acapella” category, something that, as a partner of the choir, we at CN&CO are extremely proud of. During October the choir also performed at a couple of events and live in studio on Jacaranda FM. It was also featured on the Good Things Guy, further showcasing the positivity and energy that they are bring to South Africa.
